Xi's special envoy to attend Seychelles' Golden Jubilee Celebrations
BEIJING, June 26 (Xinhua) -- At the invitation of the government of Seychelles, Chinese President Xi Jinping's Special Envoy and Minister of Transport Liu Wei will attend the National Day celebrations commemorating the 50th anniversary of Seychelles' Independence in Victoria on June 28, a Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson announced on Friday.
