Vietnam's top leader To Lam arrives in Guangzhou
GUANGZHOU, Aug. 18 (Xinhua) -- General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and Vietnamese President To Lam arrived in Guangzhou on Sunday and started his state visit to China.
