Xi's special envoy to attend inauguration of president of Dominican Republic
BEIJING, Aug. 13 (Xinhua) -- At the invitation of President of the Dominican Republic Luis Abinader, Chinese President Xi Jinping's Special Envoy and Minister of Industry and Information Technology Jin Zhuanglong will attend Abinader's second-term inauguration on Aug. 16 in Santo Domingo, foreign ministry spokesperson Lin Jian announced on Tuesday.
