LOS ANGELES, Jan. 25 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Consulate General in Los Angeles has urged authorities in Hawaii to properly handle an attack on a Chinese citizen in downtown Honolulu earlier this week, the Consulate General said in a release on Thursday.
