US largest saboteur of WHO's independent execution of duties: spokesperson

BEIJING, July 30 (Xinhua) -- A Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson said Friday the United States is the largest saboteur of the World Health Organization (WHO) in independently performing its duties without disruption.

Spokesperson Zhao Lijian made the remarks at a daily press briefing in response to U.S. accusations against China concerning virus origin tracing at a recent briefing on the hearing held by the United Nations Assembly on COVID-19 response assessment.
