CHANGSHA, April 29 (Xinhua) -- The Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Madagascar Coalition: We Are All With Andry Rajoelina have held a cadre webinar via videolink on "the role of the ruling party in agricultural development and poverty alleviation".

The webinar was held from April 27 to 28, attracting officials from the CPC and the Madagascar Coalition: We Are All With Andry Rajoelina.

Li Mingxiang, assistant-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, shared CPC's achievements in the past 100 years since its founding, particularly highlighting the Party's experience in leading China's poverty-eradication efforts since the 18th CPC National Congress.

Alder also congratulated the CPC on its 100th anniversary and hailed the remarkable achievements made by the Party in leading Chinese people in poverty reduction and advancements in agriculture, science and technology.
