Chinese president's special envoy to attend memorial ceremony for Oman's Sultan Qaboos

BEIJING, Jan. 14 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Minister of Science and Technology Wang Zhigang, as a special envoy of President Xi Jinping, will travel to Oman Tuesday to attend the memorial ceremony for Oman's Sultan Qaboos bin Said, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Geng Shuang announced Tuesday.
